Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging AiCredible for services agree to provide accurate and complete project information, respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner, supply all required materials needed for project delivery, and ensure that any information shared with AiCredible does not infringe on third-party rights. Delays caused by a client's failure to meet these responsibilities may affect project timelines and do not constitute a breach on AiCredible's part.
Limitation of Liability
AiCredible shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Payment and Billing
All fees are outlined in your project proposal or service agreement. Payment is due as specified in your invoice. Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of active services. AiCredible reserves the right to charge a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on overdue balances. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

AiCredible treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your business information, strategies, or data to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Clients are similarly expected to keep proprietary information about AiCredible's processes, systems, and methodologies confidential.
Results and Guarantees
While AiCredible is committed to delivering measurable results, outcomes may vary depending on market conditions, industry factors, and client participation. Our 90-day results guarantee applies where explicitly stated in your service agreement. Specific guarantee terms will be outlined on a per-engagement basis.
Service Modifications
AiCredible reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service or feature at any time. Where changes materially affect an active client engagement, we will provide reasonable advance notice and work with you to minimize disruption.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding payments become immediately due. AiCredible reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of these terms, or misuse of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
