By using the AiCredible website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the website and services.

Use of services

Our services are intended for legitimate business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or republish content or intellectual property from this website without our written permission. Unauthorized use may result in loss of access and legal action.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, service descriptions and AI-generated materials, is owned by or licensed to AiCredible. Using the website does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate project information, respond promptly to feedback and approval requests, supply the materials we need, and ensure that anything they share does not infringe the rights of others. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and are not a breach by AiCredible.

Limitation of liability

AiCredible is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the client paid for the specific service involved.

Payment and billing

Fees are set out in the project proposal or service agreement, and payment is due as stated on each invoice. Late payment may lead to services being paused or suspended, and overdue balances may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month. Fees are non-refundable unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Confidentiality

We keep client information confidential and do not share it with third parties without consent, except where required by law. Clients agree to keep AiCredible’s proprietary processes, systems and methods confidential.

Results and guarantees

We work toward measurable results, but outcomes depend on factors such as market conditions, industry and client participation. A results guarantee applies only where a service agreement explicitly includes one, and its terms are set for each engagement.

Changes to services

We may change or discontinue any service or feature. If a change materially affects an active engagement, we will give reasonable advance notice and work to minimize disruption.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as described in the service agreement. Any outstanding payments become due immediately on termination. AiCredible may terminate immediately for non-payment, breach or misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, they may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post any changes on this page. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
